Company Introduction
Established in 1987, our company started full commercial production in 1989 with a fully automated production like fo Needle Punch Carpet with Steam Dryer, Foaming Machine and Finishing Machine catering for the Commercial and Automative Market. In 1997, our company installed a DILO Rendom Velour Machine producing automative flooring carpet beinh used in a variety of lovally assembled model cars.
In 2001, we installed the latest Fully Automated up-to-date 4m wide Needle Punching production line catering also for the commercial and automative market. With the inclusion of these machine, the total annual/production capacity of the company has reached to the tune of approximately 3 million square meters. Our company is capable of doing Needle Punch carpets from 200gm/m2 to 1kg/m2.
Our company was the first to succeed in producing he Thermo Bonded Carpet in Malaysia while meeting Japanese Specifications and the best quality random velour carpets in the Malaysian market.
